Returns & Refund Policy

At Carlo Oliveri UK, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

Due to hygiene and safety standards, only unopened and unused hair care products may be returned. To be eligible:

  •   Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  •   Products must be in their original packaging, with all seals and labels intact.
  •   Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for.

  •   Opened or used products
  •   Items marked as final sale or clearance

How to Initiate a Return

  1.   Contact our customer service team at info@carlooliveri.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2.   If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.
  3.   Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product:

  •   Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  •   Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
  •   We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, where applicable.
  •   Damaged Items must be returned inorder to process replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected;

We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
